In many countries around the world are living and loving ways off the heteronormativity, ie the connection between man and woman, socially and legally rejected. Penalties for holding hands or fell views, open living love and political statements? For many people, unfortunately, not a nightmare, but common practice with the consequence of years of imprisonment and even death sentences.

Even in Europe there are already no legal and social equality. Although laws that make homosexuality a punishable offense, abolished in most of Europe, but in terms of acceptance, we are still far from being on a level with which we want to be satisfied.

The Leipziger CSD now wishes to the chosen motto “You, me, we are Homo sapiens” from 10th July to 18 July invite to all kinds of events of political, cultural and sporting.

Our goal is in our program this week-Sapientia, knowledge and wisdom, to convey, so that each visiting person can, after a little more enlightened and open to all LGBTI * show topics of any kind to live and he love each belonging feels.
