GLAAD HOLIDAY BENEFIT BRINGS OUT COMMUNITY IN SUPPORT FOR LGBT INCLUSION IN THE MEDIA ON DECEMBER 15 AT THE ANDAZ IN WEST HOLLYWOOD
GLAAD, the nation’s lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) media advocacy organization, today announced its 16th annual “GLAAD Tidings” holiday benefit to take place Sunday, December 15, 2013 (6:00-9:00) at the iconic and modern Andaz Hotel, located in West Hollywood.

The perfect hurrah before New Years, the fundraiser brings attention to GLAAD’s influence in the media, as well as the importance of presenting diverse stories about the LGBT community that inspire change and promote awareness.

Presented by Ketel One Vodka and Bud Light, this chic wintertime affair benefits GLAAD’s work to increase public support for LGBT equality through media and advocacy.

Local leaders, influencers and Hollywood talent will gather for the festivities which will include a silent auction, surprise celebrity appearances and festive music.

Attendees will indulge in a hosted menu of cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, while bidding on exclusive auction items that serve as perfect holiday gifts.  Offerings include exotic vacation packages, gourmet restaurant deals, lovely home décor, spa packages, and much more.
