With lots of us looking to party at home this festive season I take a look at some rather special cocktails to serve your guests, without messing up the kitchen.

Pontoon have come up with a clever way to serve high-end cocktails at home. Simply order from their online shop and they’ll deliver you a frozen cocktail ready for the freezer until your required party date. Just temper for 10 minutes then serve.

The 100ml pouch cocktails are handcrafted in London and range between 13% and 19% ABV. The cocktails are not pasteurised so remain as fresh as the day they were made.

There are 4 frozen cocktails available including my favourite Dusk, which is made up of Ketel One vodka, white peach, jasmine green tea, lemon and Fee Bros. peach bitters. With one of the lower ABV ratings, at 15%, this is certainly a cocktail with some punch whilst appeasing the romantic side of my tongue with soft fruits.

Last orders before Christmas are the 20th December.
