Jared Leto has won an Oscar for best Supporting Actor for his role in Dallas Buyers Club.

Jared Leto, who played trans character Rayon in Dallas Buyers Club has won an actor for the role. The movie which TheGayUK gave five stars, follows the actions of Ron Woodroof (Matthew McConaughey) after he learns that he has AIDS.

He befriends Rayon, played by Jared Leto in order to grow his client base for his Buyers Club.

Leto’s Oscar win means that he is added to hall of fame for actors who have bagged an Oscar or a nomination for protraying an LGBT character.
