Taking to his Instagram Wesley Stromberg says his body is ‘like a pet, I must feed it clean healthy balanced nutrition, keep it hydrated, and make sure it gets it’s daily exercise.’
And it seems to be working…
Earlier this month Drew Chadwich, one third of Emblem 3 announced that he was leaving the band to persue a solo career. The band became famous after appearing in the second series of the US X Factor.
