Location: Flexible

To support the continued growth of our organization during this exciting time, Reaching Out MBA is seeking our first Director of Corporate Partnerships. The Director will be the architect and leader of our development function focusing primarily on building on our existing relationships with our exceptional corporate partners while identifying new funding strategies working with institutions, individuals and our members. While the annual conference will continue to be our flagship and a big draw for funding, the Director of Corporate Partnerships will develop innovative strategies for generating revenue for our new fellowship program as well as our growing portfolio of year-round programming. We’re looking for a leader who is creative and passionate, capable of setting a big-picture vision but isn’t afraid to get his or her hands dirty in the little steps we need to take to get there.

Above all, we need an exceptional communicator and relationship builder; the type of person who works tirelessly to find that unique win-win relationship that provides value for both Reaching Out MBA as well as our diverse array of partners. If this sounds like you, we’d love to have you apply and help us write the next chapter of our organization’s history. While the Executive Director is based in Boston, the Director of Corporate Partnerships can work from any location in the U.S.

Director of Corporate Partnerships Reaching Out MBA

Director of Corporate Partnerships Reaching Out MBAReaching Out MBA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, inspiring and connecting lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) business students. Despite a changing social landscape for LGBT people, currently, 53% of professionals feel compelled to hide or lie about who they are at work. This year our annual conference had 1300 attendees from business schools throughout the country and was sponsored by over 80 corporations including Google, Boston Consulting Group, Apple, Bain, Deloitte, Target and American Express.
