Get excited! Tuesday, Dallas Summer Musicals announced its 2013-2014 season. Once again, it looks like a great season. It includes some new versions of classics, like Andrew Lloyd Weber/Tim Rice’s The Wizard of Oz. It also has a few shows that have never been to North Texas, like Disney’s The Little Mermaid.
…And, it has an awful lot of gay. Sure, there’s no Priscilla, Queen of the Desert in this season, but there’s still a lot to keep you entertained.
Here’s the full season:
December 17-29: Irving Berlin’s White Christmas
January 28 – February 9: Ghost The Musical
February 13 – March 2: Disney’s The Little Mermaid
March 4-16: We Will Rock You!
March 18-30: The Wizard of Oz
April 15-27: Evita
June 3-15: Mamma Mia!
September 2-14: Nice Work if You Can Get It
Season tickets are now on sale on the Dallas Summer Musicals website.
