<p>Young singer/songwriter ABI has been making quite a name for herself recently and this year she makes her debut at the Isle of Wight Music Festival. ABI will be performing an acoustic set with her band on the Life’s A Beach stage (alongside such top acts as The Hoosiers) and at the Zebra Bar Stage, so look out for her if you’re going to be there.</p>

<p></p><p>ABI’s unique brand of pop/rock edged soul is as refreshing as it is energetic. Her music is full of lush harmony and coloured with infectious hooks that are both fun and moving in equal measure. From playing The Bedford Balham, supported by Ed Sheeran, to numerous headline gigs at Proud Camden, ABI is already getting known as “the one to watch”.</p><p></p><p>After graduating from ICMP, London and receiving the “Best Student” award, she became the first winner of the Reverbnation Songwriting Competition 2013, a finalist for the Shure Audiojack Vocal Competition and continues to gig at top London venues including Floridita, Shepherds Bush Empire, The Alleycat and Ronnie Scott’s. Currently, ABI is working hard in the studio preparing her debut EP.</p><p></p><p>“A 23-year-old singer-songwriter from Hertfordshire, her blend of rock and soul, with heartfelt lyrics, grabbed our attention from the very start.
