We are hiring a Director – Online Fundraising, with experience in online fundraising, analytics and innovation. This position plays a key leadership role within the organization.

Who we are hiring:

We are looking for a brilliant campaign strategist with online organizing experience, expertise in online fundraising and analytics, and a commitment to build an informed, powerful base of LGBT people and allies to push progress faster, and to change politics and culture at every level. You will be a leader on our global campaigns team, with specific responsibility for building a powerful base of committed member donors. The position is part of the senior leadership team and will play a role in macro-level organizational strategy. The ideal candidate has a proven track record executing email-driven fundraising strategies, but has the creative and analytic chops to develop and test innovative approaches that incorporate emerging models and platforms.

Director Online Fundraising All Out

We are hiring a leader who is excited to take strategic risks, act boldly, and creatively engage with our campaigns and fundraising strategies. You are an entrepreneur, who can pitch high-level strategy and manage a team to execute it. In fact, if you’re a bit obsessive about bringing together design, data, behavioral analysis and storytelling in new ways, you’re a perfect fit.

You have experience leading and project managing campaigns from start to finish. Specific experience leading online fundraising campaigns is a must, with a proven track record of success meeting fundraising goals. You have the ability to lead a project team in a high-paced global environment, and ideally have experience working in a dispersed international team. The idea of developing and executing high-impact, opportunity driven campaign strategies, and data-driven experiments to innovate on current tactics motivates you. You are a data and analytics junkie and can easily work with data scientists and developers to identify key data points and make strategic decisions. Working remotely in an international environment comes naturally to you, as you have the professional drive to work independently and the desire to remain connected to a virtual team. You are media savvy and fluent in verbal and written English with a very strong preference for at least one other language.

Job Location:

• This position can be based anywhere and will require a training period in Paris (France) or New York City (USA).
