FOOD AND DRINK: Easter Basket Cocktail

<p>The clever folk at Carom have put together this delightful Easter Basket Cocktail to raise your spirits this weekend. It’s pure indulgence and easy to make at home as well.</p> <p>Graham Davies, Carom | 14th April 2014</p><p></p><p> </p><p><img src="http://www.thegayuk.com/communities/8/004/009/928/388/images/4608583916.jpg" width="461" height="260" alt="Carom's Easter Basket Cocktail" title="Carom's Easter Basket Cocktail"/></p> <p></p><p>Ingredients:</p><p>Two dashes of ‘The Bitter Truth’ chocolate spiced bitters</p><p>50ml Full Fat Milk</p><p>50ml Double Cream</p><p>25ml Blackwoods Gin</p><p>25ml Crème de Cacao Blanc</p><p></p><p>Method:</p><p>Combine all ingredients with cubed ice and strain into a mini jam jar.</p><p>To finish, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon powder along with a gentle graze of nutmeg</p><p>Serve with chocolate eggs. </p><p></p><p>Just remember to send us the invite once they're ready.</p><p></p><p> </p>
