The Inter-LGBT is made by the Policy Board and a Board of Directors.
The Inter-LGBT unites sixty LGBT associations. The fight against discrimination:

- Sign and ratify Protocol 12 to the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms on the general prohibition of discrimination;
- Facilitating civil status change procedures for trans-es operated or not; include gender identity among the grounds of discrimination combated by law;
- Fight against discrimination of people living with HIV; strengthen control devices against HIV and STIs.
Combating homophobia, lesbophobia and transphobia:
- Acting for the universal abolition and in all circumstances of the repression of sexual minorities;
- Grant the right of asylum to persons who risk persecution because of their sexual orientation, actual or perceived, or their gender identity;
- Fight against all forms of discrimination at the school and in the workplace, and educating the respect of the diversity of sexualities and gender identities.
Recognizing the diversity of unions:
- Reform the PACS (signature at the town hall, taxation, social rights) and remove differences between married couples and civil partners are not justified by the definition of the two statutes (rights related to the daily life of the couple, residence rights, rights related deaths partner, recognizing a family link) finally recognize foreign same-sex civil unions in French law;

Reforming the family:
