Another year is here and we are all organised for a fun packed week of entertainment. If you have never been to Queenstown, New Zealand for a skiing holiday, then we hope to see you here this year.

Queenstown, New Zealand is not like anywhere else for skiing. It is very different from many resorts as we can accommodate all of you that love the snow as well as the non-snow lovers. This can include every day on the mountains or trips to wineries, zooming through the air on a zip wire, jet boating, bungy jumping or anything else you can think of.

Cardrona Alpine Resort

Their experienced staff will show you around the mountain so you get an idea of what Cardrona has to offer. You may wish to try on one day or love it so much that you go every day! Cardrona will host an intermediate and advanced group from 1.30pm, everyday during Gay Ski Week QT. The first event is an Exclusive Snow Shoeing experience on Mt Nicholas.
Heliworks have created this fantastic excursion to give our clients an experience of snowshoeing through the pristine snow on top of the Turnbull Range which provides tranquility, exclusivity, with views beyond expectation. You will be guided along this magnificent ridge line to show case all the surrounding scenery and serenity that this very special location provides. Take time out to enjoy a hot chocolate or a glass of bubbles while sitting in your own personal snow seat created by your guide to savor all that this experience delivers.

The second event is a fabulous trip to the Highlands Motorsport Park via helicopter.
With the latest helicopters available with enhanced safety features, join a fun and exciting afternoon that takes you on an Over The Top helicopter journey with spectacular aerial views of snow capped mountains & dramatic scenery. Land for an alpine Golf Tee before dropping into Highlands Motorsport Park for the thrill of the race track with a Lamborghini Fast Dash and a challenge on their outdoor go-karts. The helicopter waits to take you back after your Highlands adventure.

This includes a courtesy hotel transfer from CBD Queenstown, return helicopter flight, alpine landing with eco golf tee, Lamborghini Fast Dash, Ten minute Go-Kart.

The third event will take place at dusk (5.30-6pm) and will be fun in the trees!
Plunge into the darkness of Queenstown’s mixed alpine forest and experience the thrill of Ziptrek’s winter Moa Twilight tour. Step blindly into the night from treetop decks 20 metres above the valley floor into the unknown for an unbeatable rush of adrenaline! With only a headlamp to guide you, you can let your imagination run wild on this incredible zipline adventure. You will also have a warm drink to keep you hot too!
