The first step is to decide which pass is best for you and complete the Online Registration process
We offer 4 passes: Full Ski/Ride Pass, Weekend Ski/Ride Pass (Saturday and Sunday Only) and two Non-skier options. Physical tickets are mailed out to participants.
You will present this ticket at the Winter Rendezvous Registration Center when you arrive Stowe.
There you will be issued a wristband and a SMR discount voucher (ski/riders only) The wristband allows access to all events, the voucher you will redeem at the Stowe Mountain Resort (SMR) for discounts on lift tickets, rentals & lessons.

Once you’ve registered online, you may BOOK YOUR HOTEL. Registered participants will receive a discount at the host hotel (The Golden Eagle Resort) as well as the other hotels listed on the Winter Rendezvous website.
NOTE: You will need to register before you call the hotel. As part of the online registration process we forward your information directly to the hotel you choice. They will already know you have successfully registered.

• What will it cost for lift tickets using the Winter Rendezvous discount voucher?
  LIFT TICKET FEES FOR Winter Rendezvous Participants (It pays to be registered!)
  1-day = $45
  2-day = $90
  3-day = $135
  4-day = $180
  5-day = $225
• What will it cost for equipment rental using the Winter Rendezvous discount voucher?

  Winter Rendezvous participants will receive a 25% discount at the Mansfield or Spruce Peak rental shops on single or multi-day equipment rentals. The 25% discount is off of the retail rental rates and is valid for a full ski or snowboard package. Please follow the attached link to see the retail rates for 2015-2016. Click Here*THE ABOVE RATES ARE EXCLUSIVE TO REGISTERED WR PARTICIPANTS ONLY* Evolution Stowe Card Info: Guests will be charged a one-time $5.00 Evolution Stowe Card Fee when they turn in their voucher. The Evolution Stowe Card uses RFID technology to grant hands-free access to lifts and replaces the traditional lift ticket. Guests may keep their Evolution Stowe Card to reload for future visits to Stowe Mountain Resort.

• If I just want to attend some of the events, what would each one cost?
  You may purchase individual advance tickets online for each event. In most cases it is less expensive to purchase a WR package
• If I’m registered for the Weekend Package will I be able to attend events or SKI Wednesday, Thursday or Friday?
  NO, Ski Saturday and Sunday Only. The weekend pass starts 5 pm on Friday @ the Giant Apre Ski Indoor Pool Party at Trapps Family Lodge is the 1st event for Weekend packages. Weekend lift ticket discount vouchers are ONLY valid Saturday and Sunday. You may want to consider upgrading to a full package for an additional $30 before Jan 16. You may pay at the door for Wed and Thu, see prices above.
• Will I receive a package in the mail? What should I do when I arrive in Stowe?
  Yes, physical tickets are mailed out to registered participants. You must present this ticket at registration for scanning. You will be given a bracelet allowing access to events and a discount voucher to take to the mountain for reduced rates on lift tickets, rentals and lessons. Tickets are mailed to you by Brown Paper Tickets. If you have any questions about your tickets call Brown Paper Ticket Customer Support 24/7 at 1 800 838-3006
• How do I Check in for Winter Rendezvous?
  When you arrive Stowe go to Winter Rendezvous Registration at the Golden Eagle Resort 511 Mountain Road, Stowe VT 05672. There you will receive a lift ticket discount card and bracelet for access to events.
• How do I get my discount vouchers for lift tickets?
  See Question #5 You will take your Winter Rendezvous discount voucher to Stowe Mountain and redeem it
• What should I do when I get to Stowe?
  Go to the Winter Rendezvous registration desk at the Golden Eagle Resort 511 Mountain Road Stowe VT 05672 Check hours below. See Question #5 for additional information
• What hours will the Winter Rendezvous registration be open?
  8:00 – 11:00 am Wednesday Thrusday and Friday. 8:00 – 10:00am Saturday
• What if I arrive and have not registered for Winter Rendezvous

• May I have someone else pick up my Winter Rendezvous lift ticket discount card and credentials at registration desk?
  NO you may not. You must pick up and sign for your Winter Rendezvous packet in person. You will need to present your printed ticket (with barcode) and proper ID.
• I purchased the Weekend Package. Is my discount lift ticket voucher good for Wed, Thu, and/or Fri?
  NO, your discount voucher will only be valid on Saturday and Sunday. You will need to up grade to a Full package.
• May I upgrade to a Full Package when I arrive Stowe?
  Yes, you may upgrade at the Winter Rendezvous Registration Table at the Golden Eagle Resort. The cost is $25.00 (cash only).
• How do I find a roommate?

• How do I get there (Stowe) from here?
  As the local joke goes; “If I were going to Stowe, I wouldn’t start from {wherever you are}…” Actually, Stowe is easily reached by car. Train and bus services are available into Waterbury, only 20 minutes from Stowe. Jet air service into Burlington International airport is only 40 minutes away, while the Stowe-Morrisville airport for smaller craft is 7 miles north of Stowe village. Rental cars and taxis are available in Burlington, Waterbury and in Stowe. If you plan on driving, follow these directions:
  From Boston take I-93 65 miles north to Bow, N.H. Take I-89 120 miles north to Exit 10 in Waterbury, Vermont. Take a right off the exit and follow Rt. 100 north 10 miles to Stowe.
  From Hartford, New York, Philadelphia, Washington and points south, take I-95 to I-91 North in Hartford. Take I-91 through Massachusetts into Vermont. At White River Junction, take I-89 north 61 miles to Exit 10 in Waterbury. Take a right off the exit and follow Rt. 100 north 10 miles to Stowe.
  From Albany take I-87 north to Exit 20 at Glens Falls. Take 149 to Fort Ann, Rt. 4 north to Fair Haven, Rt. 22A north to Vergennes, Rt. 7 North to South Burlington, I-189 to I-89, then I-89 south to Exit 10 in Waterbury. Take a left off the exit and follow Rt. 100 north 10 miles to Stowe.
  From Montreal take Rt. 10 east to Rt. 133. Take Rt 133 south to the U.S. border. Take I-89 south to Exit 10 in Waterbury. Take a left off the exit and follow Rt. 100 north 10 miles to Stowe.
  From Toronto take Trans Canada Highway 401 east to Cornwall Head south from Cornwall, cross the St. Lawrence River and the U.S. border and pickup Rt. 37 south to Malone. Take Rt. 11 North to Rouses Point. Cross the bridge over Lake Champlain and pickup Rt. 78 in Alburg. Continue along 78 to Swanton and then take I-89 south to Exit 10 in Waterbury. Take a left off the exit and follow Rt. 100 north 10 miles to Stowe.
• How long does it take to get to Stowe by car?
  That depends on where you start. Consider the following:

• What is the closet airport to Stowe?
  The Burlington International airport (BTV) is located 40 min from Stowe.
• How do I get from the BTV airport to the Golden Eagle Resort?
  You may rent a car at the airport or use the one of the van services. Pegs Taxi or The Blazer (802) 253-0013. (Note: It is cheaper to rent a car)
• Should I rent a car?
  You should consider the idea, things are spread out in stowe, you will want to go off-site for dinner, shopping, etc… The cost of a 5 day economy rental is about the same price of the van service.
• What is the difference between the Weekend Package and the Full Package?
  The Weekend package includes a discounted lift ticket voucher valid Saturday and Sunday only as well as access to all activities starting at 5:00 pm on Friday. The Full Package includes a discounted lift ticket voucher valid Wed – Sun and access to all events.

  Yes, You may purchase indivual tickets online or at the door.
• May I register for Winter Rendezvous when I arrive Stowe?
  Yes, we will make every attempt to accommodate you. Please know there will be a surcharge for on-site registration, events may be SOLD OUT. We strongly encourage you to pre-register for the event.

• What if I’m a non-skier?
  No problem. there is plenty to do for non-skiers, and we have special discounted packages for non-Skiers. Many come for the social aspect, the entertainment, or winter activities other then skiing, there are plenty to choose from. You will not be board!
• What is the general make-up of the winter Rendezvous group?
  The folks attending Winter Rendezvous are from all walks of life, predominantly gays & lesbians, of all ages, from New England and beyond, bears, young urban professionals, cowboys and cowgirls. As well as friends, family, and any other open-minded, fun loving, gay friendly person who cares to join the fun. We do require you bring a sense of humor and positive attitude. In general we do not discriminate, unless of course you are a republican, liberal democrat with a freak flag, or you happen to look funny.
