Resident from underground Manchester LGBT club night Homoelectric and The Warehouse Project, Will Tramp joins Francis Woof from That Amazing Thing!, F__KDUST and legendary London DJ Luke Howard on the Friday night Karnival Presents Tacet and Friends bill.
Rising minimalist house and techno producer and DJ, Toolroom Records’ Kim Fai leads the Saturday Manchester Pride All-Stars line-up, alongside the Hacienda’s Graeme Park, Stuart Robinson from Paradise Factory and Federation, global Hed Kandi resident Phoebe D’Abo, and Gaydio’s Kriss Herbert.
Manchester multimedia production outfit Meat Cassette will help transform the Gaydio Dance Arena into an immersive audiovisual experience, with stunning visual displays across all three nights.
Event manager Michael Lever said “It’s great to have a local DJ with such a loyal following like Will on board for the Karnival Presents Tacet and Friends stage, as well as Kim Fai on Saturday night, an exciting producer who will appeal to fans of harder dance music.”
“With Meat Cassette’s live visuals enhancing the club atmosphere, the first Gaydio Dance Arena promises to be a memorable addition for everyone attending the Big Weekend.”
The Gaydio Dance Arena is open 19:00-00:00 Friday 23 August and 18:30-00:00 Saturday 24 August and Sunday 25 August.
