LGTNetwork – Luxury Gay Travel Network, gathers the leading travel professionals & press, a select private networking group of leading members serving the New York Metropolitan area, but not limited, with open online membership of professionals around the globe.
Our mission is to become the link between domestic and international quality travel product suppliers, and the leading members of the travel trade and media catering to the LGBT community in the New York metropolitan area and beyond. Membership is by invitation or referral only.
Members meet and participate at private events, hosted by our membership of travel and hospitality suppliers. Social events,  vary from private cocktails, dinners and special networking events, to site inspections, FAM and Press Trips. Unique opportunity to meet face-to-face, with key players of the niche within the niche – Luxury Gay Travel. For our international members, we offer constant communication and networking via our multiple digital channels to be LGTNetwork Blog, eNewsletter and Social Media.

Another F-Word written by Lissa Brown is about the devastating effects of intolerance and bullying.
Lissa has worn several hats as a writer; from columnist to media relations specialist for gubernatorial and state legislative campaigns. Another F-Word is her second novel.
The story is set in Tennessee and opens with Rory, the main character, having a conversation with his grandfather (papaw). Rory is a 6-year-old child who overhears his father call him a faggot. Rory comes from a loving and devoted family. His father is noticing there are some differences between Rory and other boys his age. He dislikes sports; he isn’t interested in fishing or hunting.
Rory is taunted by bullies throughout his time in public schools. His best friend is a girl named Ashley and gave him the support he needed. A new kid moves to the neighborhood and Rory and he become fast friends. Jake is on the soccer team yet is also bullied in school. They quickly find that they have a lot in common besides being gay and bullied.
Rory is on a journey to discover himself and figure out why he feels the way he does. He is afraid of losing the ones he loves because of his difference. It isn’t until a tragic event brings him the courage to face his reality and break the news to his mother.
Another F-Word is a very well written and thought out novel. It captivates you the moment Rory asks his very first question and holds you until the end as he’s attending college. There are elements to the story that any gay or lesbian individual can and will relate to. You will feel empathy for their suffering and their need to express themselves and to just fit in without circumstance.

Secrets of the Velvet Closet is a story about Rose; a young woman who discovers at an early age that she is different from the rest of the girls.  Growing up in a home with her younger brother and alcoholic mother proved to be mostly problematic since she was responsible for babysitting while her mother was out drinking.  Rose made her way through one failed friendship after another.  She eventually gave up the thought of ever having a meaningful relationship with a woman and began dating men.
After graduating high school she went to work at a casino where she met her first husband.  She was head over heels in love with him until his abusive ways started to show through.  She became pregnant with their first child, a son.  By this time she was trying to remove herself from their deteriorating relationship.  She agreed to weekend visitations with her estranged husband and he ended up keeping their son for 2 years without her ever seeing him.  A court battle ensues and she finally regains custody of her child.
As Rose continues to fall in love with the “wrong” type of women, she meets her 2nd husband.  Prior to her second marriage, she meets Violet who is the coworker of her soon-to-be husband.  Violet and her girlfriend are invited to the wedding and all Rose can think about is how much she loves this woman.  Rose’s mother-in-law decides that she will care for her second child and keeps him.  A short time later Rose drives to her in-law’s home and takes back her son.
Rose’s best friend moves in with them and soon begins to have an affair with her husband.  Rose always seems to be caught in the middle of someone else’s relationship, either as a threesome or the “other woman.”  Finally after a long period of not seeing Violet, she meets her again in Florida and they rekindle the spark they both had felt previously.  Rose eventually invites Violet and her child to move into her home with her ex-husband, his girlfriend, and their children.
The story ends with Rose proposing to Violet on their one year anniversary and living happily ever after.
