Although there are many challenges ahead to help combat the discrimination of members belonging to the LGBT community, we are well on our way in beginning a new dawn of progress for our future and generations to come.

Government officials around the world have, and are continuing to fight in the efforts against prejudice/unjust actions towards members in the Gay Community, along with implementing laws within our society which teach individuals how to treat others with respect and dignity.

As it is critical to ingrain a fundamental understanding of tolerance, led by larger institutions around the globe to protect the human rights of all citizens, the greater responsibility rests on the actions of individuals to set examples and lead the movement.
