O’Meara is best known for playing Connor Mulgrew in the eighth series of Waterloo Road, as the son of Christine Mulgrew (Laurie Brett), a new English Teacher, through the series his character has to deal with supporting his mother with her alcohol problems, while also having a relationship with Imogen Stewart.
