The ride is not timed, so you can ride as fast or as slow as you wish.</p><p></p><p>If you haven't got your own bike, consider hiring one from the London blue <a href="http://www.tfl.gov.uk/roadusers/cycling/14808.aspx">bike hire scheme</a>.</p><p> </p><p>Spread the word.
