<p>Same-sex marriages are legal in the following countries: Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Uruguay.</p>

<p>Marriages between same-sex couples are recognised, but not performed in Brazil (in some jurisdictions), Aruba, Curaçao, St Maarten, Israel, Mexico and the United States (in some states).</p>
