The Information & Referral (I&R) staff facilitate the daily operation of The Center, ensuring a peaceful, safe and friendly environment at all times. I&R staff greet Center visitors, troubleshoot events, answer questions, provide referrals, investigate situations and resolve conflicts through de-escalation.

The Senior Director of People & Internal Engagement is a change leader who will collaborate with The Center’s Chief Operating Officer and senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive and support a highly engaged and performing organizational culture. The senior director will provide thought leadership, oversight, and direction to the overall provision of HR services, policies, and programs, including a focus on implementing and maintaining programs that attract, retain and develop Center staff.

TGNC HEALTH COORDINATOR
CLASSIFICATION: FULL-TIME | STATUS: ACCEPTING RESUMES
The TGNC Health Coordinator is responsible for the direct coordination and delivery of HIV prevention services for transgender and gender non-conforming (TGNC) community members. This includes providing supervision to interns and peers; coordinating outreach, training, and group interventions for the TGNC community; organizing community-wide events; conducting rapid HIV testing and counseling; providing short-term mental health counseling; and managing linkage to care for PrEP/PEP, HIV care, as well as a spectrum of non-medical services offered at The Center.
YOUTH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPER
CLASSIFICATION: FULL-TIME | STATUS: ACCEPTING RESUMES
The Youth Leadership Developer facilitates programs and works directly with LGBTQ and allied youth, ages 13-23, to develop the skills necessary to address the issues that impact their lives. A particular focus is placed on utilizing diverse approaches, including service learning, mentoring, performing arts and other forms of youth leadership development to facilitate youth-driven community change.
