Over 90,000 Petition To Persuade HBO To Reconsider Looking Cancellation

<p>It has been hailed by many in the gay community as a fair representation of modern gay life, with believable characters and storylines, however the decision was made by producers HBO to close down production of the show earlier in 2015.</p> <p> </p><p><img src="http://www.thegayuk.com/communities/8/004/009/928/388/images/4604811042.jpg" width="461" height="307" alt="HBO / Looking" title="HBO / Looking"/></p> <p></p><p>Now over 90,000 fans of the show have signed a petition asking HBO to reconsider its decision not to make a third series. Organisers of the petition are asking that the broadcaster to "Honor our stories".</p><p></p><p>Despite rave reviews, HBO made the announcement that it is to axe the series starring Russell Tovey and Jonathan Groff.
