Earlier today Perez, 36, posted a picture of himself as a child model - now he's posted a candid photo of himself naked in his bathroom.
Perez has gone through an incredible body transformation having lost an enormous amount of weight through good diet and a rigorous exercise regime.
He posted the picture on his Instagram saying, 'When I'm dating, I make it clear I've got nothing to hide! #DatingNaked premieres July 17th at 9/8C on VH1! (sponsored)'
