RUSSIA: Passes Anti-Gay Bill To Outlaw ‘Promoting’ Homosexuality 436 – 0

<p>The Russian lower house has passed a law that could see anyone who ‘promotes homosexual propaganda’ to children could face stiff fines or even jail sentences.</p> <p>By Newsdesk | 11th June</p><p></p><p>The Hurriyet Daily News and Fox News is reporting that the State Duma lower house of parliament passed the bill in a 436 to 0 vote.
