Sam Smith Hints At Boyfriend Split

<p>Rumours are surfacing that global superstar Sam Smith has split with his boyfriend after a serious of sad faces and on stage clues.</p> <p> </p><p><img src="http://www.thegayuk.com/communities/8/004/009/928/388/images/4610395585.png" width="460" height="447" alt="Sam Smith Instagram" title="Sam Smith Instagram" /></p> <p></p><p>Stay With Me singer <a href="http://www.thegayuk.com/magazine/4574334751/tags/SamSmith">Sam Smith</a> only confirmed his relationship to Jonathan Zeizel at the end of last year, but several hints suggest that the pair have split.</p><p></p><p>According to <a href="http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/">The Sun</a>, Sam introduced his song, Good Thing, a break up song, saying: "This song is very special for me today, as I’ve actually had to do a very similar thing with someone I’ve been seeing."</p><p></p><p>Sam then posted a picture of him looking sad on Instagram and captioned it, "Had a really sad day today, so thank you Toronto for making me feel so much better. </p><p> </p><p></p><p>"Sometimes you just need to lay in bed with a glass of red wine and a football t-shirt and listen to Joni Mitchell. It's been a sad day.
