Sheffield Pride – the annual Sheffield Pride festival. A dazzling immersive array of culture, diversity, pride and celebration spread throughout the city center celebrating the diversity of our community starting with a Mardi-Gras style parade and culminating in a large festival-style event running well into the early hours of Sunday morning. Our core campaigning message for 2015 is #nomorehate – we want to end the persecution and hate related crimes of LGBT+ people both nationally and internationally. By attending the event you are helping to fund the facilitation and running of the hate crime reporting center, train new staff to provide support to the victims of hate crime and provide funding to charitable organizations who help affected people rebuild their lives.
