Calvin Harris - Summer ★★★

Ahhh, there is nothing like a big dumb generic dance track to get you in the mood for sunnier days and Calvin is the King of big feel-good dumb dance anthems. And this is no different! A brand new song from a brand new album and with Calvin back on singing duties it’s another sure fire No.1. 3/5

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McEoTIqoRKk

SecondCity - I Wanna Feel ★★★★

The UK’s love affair with big deep house continues with this latest piece of sexy piano led feel good house, already being championed by the likes of Zane Low, Annie Mac, Pete Tong, Skream, CapitalXtra and Kiss Fm this is going to be a big one! 4/5

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9LEcwR1nQ34

Chloe Howl - Rumour ★★★

Bright young pop thing Chloe Howl is building up quite a following and with her slinky electro-pop it’s not hard to see why, this is her 3rd single and it’s a solid drum-n-bass tinged offering 3/5

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=brFKqr0BZcE

Bright Light Bright Light feat. Elton John – I Wish We Were Leaving ★★★★★

A melancholic drum-n-bass ballad featuring Elton John are words I thought I would never say, but here we are and it is absolutely glorious! Handsome pop prince Rod Martin aka Bright Light Bright Light continues his knack for very good pop songs and if this song about the truthful trials of love and relationships doesn’t leave you with a Sinead O Connor style one tear drop down the face then you are not human. 5/5

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bGoYBn3DbuQ

Sash! feat. Plexiphones - Can't Change You ★★★★

Yes, the Sash! From the 1990s and early 2000s is back with a solid piece of uplifting euro-trance and some Avicii style country music twangs and gruff male vocals. 4/5

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IctJCav5mdc
