THEATRE REVIEW: Northern Ballet: 1984

<p>Whilst it is perhaps not the most obvious choice for a new ballet, George Orwell’s nightmare vision of a dystopian future, 1984, is brought to life by Northern Ballet. Winston Smith, a worker at the Ministry of Truth, dreams of rebellion against the omnipresent Big Brother; whilst falling in love with his co-worker, Julia; both of which are strictly forbidden.
