Twin Cities PRIDE is pleased to announce the theme for the 2013 PRIDE Festival: “I HAVE PRIDE”. In honor of the continued support for equality and inclusiveness in Minnesota for GLBT rights, Twin Cities PRIDE will be concentrating the 2013 festival theme on raising awareness for individuals’ dedication to its 6 pillars – Strength, Enthusiasm, Happiness, Growth, Confidence and Power.

The 2013 Pride Celebration will be June 28-30 at Loring Park in Minneapolis.

The Beer Dabbler kicks off the Festival on Friday night. The Pride Festival is Saturday and Sunday with Pride in Concert followed by fireworks on Saturday night. The Ashley Rukes GLBT Pride Parade is Sunday, June 30th starting at 11am at 3rd street and Hennepin Avenue. the Ultimate PRIDE Experience VIP Weekend for Twin Cities PRIDE 2013.

First, kick off your Saturday night in the VIP lounge tent at PRIDE in Concert, featuring L’Assassins, The New Standards, Neon Hitch, and Nina Sky. Bradley Traynor of myTalk 107.1 – along with special guest Grand Marshal Chris Kluwe – will emcee and keep you company throughout the night between performers. The VIP lounge will have a complimentary bar and catered services provided by Summit Brewing and Alexis Bailly Vineyards. Enjoy the concert in comfort and style as you relax in the lounge viewing the show on the monitors, or you can be in the front of the action with preferential front row viewing.

Then, it’s time for the main event that you definitely don’t want to miss: LOLLIPOP – the first and only official PRIDE party. It’s the adult Candyland, an upgrade from your childhood board game. Getting the party started will be DJ Kris Holiday, and featuring DJ Will Z (resident DJ at Rich’s San Diego), and hosted by concert headliners Neon Hitch and Nina Sky, it is the only place to be on Saturday night. Some must-see surprises are in store for a night of sweeeet fun! We’re taking over the newly renovated Skyway Theatre on Hennepin Ave for this PRIDE extravaganza.

Finally, enjoy the Sunday PRIDE parade from the rooftop venue of SEVEN Ultralounge | Skybar at the Bitchin’ Brunch. Watch the parade in comfort with floor-to-ceiling windows or sip a cocktail on the amazing rooftop. An all-you-can-eat buffet and complimentary cocktail are included with your ticket. And an added bonus for VIP Package ticket-holders is the exclusive Southern Comfort lounge and entry into the PRIDE raffle for some pretty awesome prizes. Come early to avoid the downtown parade traffic, and stay late into the day enjoying your cocktails.

One of the best parts of having the Ultimate PRIDE Experience VIP ticket: NO waiting in line. That’s right… you get a fast pass to avoid standing in the line at the concert, LOLLIPOP, and the Bitchin’ Brunch.

For those of you who only want to attend one or two of the events, you can purchase individual tickets to LOLLIPOP and Bitchin’ Brunch. Sorry, no individual VIP concert tickets. (So why not get the whole package?!)
