"We're so excited to be back coming back to the Stampede. I am a Calgarian born and raised. I remember growing up dreaming of playing Stampede. We can come to Nashville North and play one of the venues that I remember dreaming of playing ever since I was little just feels so, so good. I cannot wait to come home."
We caught up with Ell from her home in Nashville to discuss her career, activism, and music. Adding TV host to her resume with CGT as well as co-hosting the Canadian Country Music Awards last year was an exciting new part of her career.
"Canada's Got Talent was such an incredible new chapter for me, I've always wanted to get involved in TV and it was just more looking for the right opportunity. It’s been amazing getting to learn from Howie Mandell, Lilly Singh, Trish Stratus and Kardinal Offishall, I've just loved working with all of them and, and we're getting ready to gear up for season two here in a few weeks."
