You wouldn't have expected it would you, but Gordon Ramsay, 46, has a rock hard bod as demonstrated when he shared this picture with his twitter fans.

Apparently when he's not swearing at hapless American's who can't run their own restaurants he's swimming, biking and running.

Last week he took part in the Iron Man triathlon in Kona, Hawaii.
