Mix Cirque Du Soleil with Olympic gymnastics, then throw in Magic Mike. The end result: Gravity & Other Myths. Their acrobatic performance of A Simple Space at the Udderbelly Southbank got a standing ovation, would have won gold hands down, and is worthy of ripping ya kegs off and launching them on stage.

You won’t be able to blink with the seven toned Aussie physiques, primarily the five scrumptious chaps, back-flipping till they drop, skip-teasing till their knickers drop and balancing on their heads until your jaw drops. More captivating than Tom Daley’s high-board two-and-a-half-somersaults, one-twist from pike-position dive, even sporting a thong.

Aside from the amazing physical skill, core strength and precision involved, these magicians of balance and agility had the Udder brimming with laughter throughout the hours rendition.

Their chemistry on stage sent sparks through the audience – the whole cow was energised. It was like looking over the edge of a cliff for 60mins, but so much more pleasing to the eye.

Gravity are far more than a bunch of talented circus gymnasts. You’re watching a filthy-hot, trust-driven family exude warmth with their camaraderie and showmanship. No flashy lighting, outlandish costumes or gimmicks, just pure Fred Astaire.

A must.
