Taking to Instagram, the singer said, ‘#ogr what a solid core . Lol #stayfit #dontbescared’ after posting a candid picture of himself using a dip bar.

The tag was for his personal trainer Patrick Nilsson who has helped turn Biebs into a rock hard pop star.

With a look of slight pain, Biebs wears a trademark hat, as well as neon green high-top trainers, a pair of baggy shorts and white vest Tee.
