An uplifting celebration of our humanity, Diversity Dance was written by Linq to reflect the welcoming community and party atmosphere at an anniversary party where she was going to perform. Needless to say, the audience loved it!
The video was filmed at the Institute for the Musical Arts (IMA), another welcoming community whose mission is to provide recording, performance and educational space for women in music. Linq was joined by June Millington on lead guitar, Jean Millington on bass and Lee Madeloni on drums, and all the players added vocal harmonies. Vocalists Naia Kete’ (Season 2 The Voice) and Joy Conz sang additional harmonies.
