Former X Factor winner, turned opera star, turned reality TV hero – has now turned his hand to Ski Jumping, as he joins the cast of The Jump on Channel 4

Joe McElderry has joined the cast of The Jump, Channel 4’s latest bid to attract viewers, after Henry Conway was eliminated after breaking his wrist.

Conway injured his wrist after attempting ‘the skeleton’ and accidentally fell off his sled.

Up steps the former X Factor winner Joe McElderry to save the day. Taking to Twitter last night (28th January) the singer said:

‘Tune into the jump channel 4 8pm tonight!! ;)’

The Jump continues tonight on Channel 4 at 8:00PM
