- Promote human and civil rights.
- Work against prejudice and discrimination.

#ChangeYourMindWoodsonMayor Woodson declined our request for an official Pride Day but Salisbury Pride will go on without it! Read the Salisbury Post article here. Each year dedicated individuals and the community work hard to have a festival free from hate where all people can celebrate diversity inclusively and openly.

If you believe the Mayor should declare the proclamation for Pride Day stand with us and make a donation today. We have set a goal of $1,000 and if we reach it by Tuesday June 3rd a generous donor will match it. Click to donate.Read the City of Salisbury’s Mission Statement here and tell us if you think the Mayor is following it. Use #changeyourmindwoodson to get the word out, Tweet it, Facebook it, Instagram it and talk about it…let the Mayor know he isn’t acting with “fairness and equality” as the City’s Mission Statement says. Come to the Festival on 6/21/14 and show the Mayor of Salisbury that the community doesn’t agree with his decision!
**Please make sure you use the Proclamation Donation Button or note on your payment you are donating for the Proclamation Match.
