Monthly giving works, there is no question. The success stories are countless and the benefits are huge for both the non-profit and the donor. The Human Rights Campaign has made a significant long-term investment in growing our base of monthly support – and it now represents more than $10,000,000 annually from more than 60,000 monthly transactions – approximately 20% of our overall organizational budget.
The Partners/Monthly Giving Coordinator will play a significant role in managing and maintaining HRC’s monthly giving program, Partners. From helping to ensure the integrity of our monthly giving data to implementing retention and upgrade efforts; from serving as a primary customer service representative to testing new and innovative conversion techniques – the Partners/Monthly Giving Coordinator will serve as an important member of a team of experts who work day-in and day-out to ensure the monthly giving program remains a significant force in our work towards full equality…and remains the envy of most non-profit organizations.
