This production tries hard to retell the story in an innovative and fresh way and almost succeeds in a triumphant energetic and testosterone fuelled production combining digital technology with an eclectic mix of dance styles and musical themes. It’s a production that’s bold and tongue in cheek and feels utterly fresh whilst still rooted in tradition.
