After months of preparation Portsmouth Pride is finally ready to set sail this saturday 20th at the Southsea Common for the first time in over 12 years.
The days line-up includes:
11:00am – Southsea Common opens to the public
11:30am – Portsmouth Pride Parade assembles in the Guildhall Square
12:00 Noon – Two minutes silence in Guildhall Square
12:02pm – Parade sets off towards Jubilee fountain.
1:00pm – Portsmouth Pride Variety Show starts on the main stage – Southsea Common.
9:00pm – Show ends.
Acts ready to take the stage include: Ashleigh K, BlokeZone, CinderZ, Emiliyah and the MightyZ all stars, Feryl, Flame-boyant, Glitterbugz, Gloria Miller, Hanna Gypsy Wicks, Jessica Leslie and Lydia Lucy from X-Factor. Plus many more.
Do come and say hello to TheGayUK team who’ll be there on the day with a stall. Please note you do need a free ticket for the event, which have been limited to just 5,000 so make sure you turn up early. You’ll also require ID to pick up an Over 18 wristband to use at the bar.
