ACLU will Challenge Gay Marriage Bans in PA, NC, and VA

Tuesday, the American Civil Liberties Union announced it is launching three new federal marriage cases. The ACLU is challenging gay marriage bans in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Virginia.
