Tonight London’s Man Bar will play host to Let’s Talk About Gay Sex & Drugs an open communication forum for anyone to come talk about how they perceive sex and drug use amongst the LGBT+ community of London.

For the special World AIDS Day event we will also be hosting an ‘OLDER & YOUNGER DISCUSSION OF HIV’ with four well-known gay scene figures, part of HIV activist think tank ReShape. Our panel will consist of STEWART WHO, DAVID STUART, SAM DMS and PRETTY MISS CAIRO.

There will also be a range of featured speakers talking about HIV and #chemsex in London, including:

– ALEXIS GREGORY. Renowned young playwright Alexis (‘The Slap’) will be reading from his new play ‘Bright Skin Light’.

– TOM PERRY. Tom works for the NAT (National AIDS Trust), who we will be collecting for on the night, and he will be speaking about their important work.

– DAN GLASS. Part of HIV activist group ‘Shafted’ Dan will be bringing his gigantic inflatable penis (true story) to the party, plus tales of his great work.

– GREG MITCHELL. An outspoken advocate of and writer on PrEP, Greg will be talking about the new pill that could prevent HIV.

– SIMON WATNEY. Renowned for his AIDS activism work in the 80s and 90s, we’re honoured to have Simon speak about what gay sex was like pre-virus.

Hosted by Pat Cash of London’s QX Magazine. Soho sexual health clinic 56 Dean Street will be on site to offer free STI testing and advice.
