Fenway Health has reopened its historic space at 16 Haviland Street, which has served the LGBT community for more than 40 years. Fenway: Sixteen specializes in free services like health navigation, HIV counseling & testing, support groups and safer sex information and resources, serving gay and bisexual men, transgender people and the LGBT community as a whole, all right here in the community.
Fenway Health is a nonprofit community health center, providing a wide continuum of health care services to the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and all people in our neighborhoods and beyond.
In keeping with Fenway Health’s commitment to care for the whole person, behavioral health is a fundamental part of our primary care model. We offer individual, group, couple, and family therapy; psychiatric consultation; and addiction services. We are seeking dynamic licensed clinicians to join our innovative and fast-paced multidisciplinary team as part of our newly expanded Behavioral Health services.
Therapist LGBT Health Center
The full-time Staff Therapist provides direct clinical services to clients, including intake and evaluation services, short and long term individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy.
Additional responsibilities include: writing treatment plans; completing all required administrative tasks (such as documenting interactions with clients and preparing evaluation summaries); and collaborating with other staff by participating in clinical meetings and consultations.
